This painting captures a magnificent display of whimsical storybook asymmetry, roaring whitewater hydrology, and rich multi-layered cliffside texturing.
Titled A Crooked Fence, the vertical composition centers entirely on themes of rustic solitude and untamed alpine sanctuary. A weathered timber homestead rests precariously atop a high mountain ridge, bordered by a charmingly imperfect wooden boundary fence that overlooks a powerful, cascading whitewater mountain waterfall carving through the canyon floor.
It carries an incredibly enchanting, adventurous spirit—bringing a powerful sense of old-world folk charm, hidden isolation, and a refreshing burst of crisp mountain air directly onto your child’s wall.
